Steakhouse Burgers

Ingredients

1½ pounds ground chuck (80/20)

1½ tablespoons Dick Rubbin’s Tender Lovin’ Cow

4 burger buns

4 slices cheddar cheese

1 onion sliced

Butter for buns


Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef gently with Tender Lovin’ Cow.

  2. Form into 4 thick patties.

  3. Grill over medium high heat about 4 minutes per side.

  4. Add cheese during final minute.

  5. Toast buns with butter.

  6. Top burgers with grilled onions and your favorite condiments.
